Description: To kick off the year, we’ll focus on self-development, the continual process of learning new things, stretching ourselves, and building the kind of resilience that lasts. Personal growth isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. We’ll explore how to stay curious, build new skills, and cultivate the mental flexibility needed to navigate change with confidence. We’ll also look at how small, repeatable habits can create long lasting change and support ongoing wellbeing.
Webinar Topic: Our webinar this month will look at how to build sustainable habits and learn new skills that support long term wellbeing. We’ll explore simple, practical approaches to creating positive change that lasts, even when life feels busy or uncertain.

Description: A psychologically safe workplace is one where people feel respected, supported, and able to speak up without fear of judgement or negative consequences. This month, we’ll look at how organisations can identify and manage psychosocial hazards, which are the aspects of work that can create stress and impact people physically or mentally.
Webinar Topic: This webinar will focus on practical ways leaders can recognise psychosocial risks, support mental wellbeing, and build a workplace where people feel respected, listened to, and looked after.

Description: Women continue to face unique pressures, balancing professional, family, and social expectations while carrying the often-invisible mental load. This month, we’ll explore how gender bias and structural inequalities impact women’s mental health and how workplaces can better support women in leadership and life. We’ll also highlight the role of inclusion and accessibility, recognising that every woman’s experience is shaped by culture, identity, and the environments she works in.
Webinar Topic: For this webinar, we’ll take a closer look at gendered pressures in the workplace and how psychological safety, inclusion, and accessible support can promote equity and wellbeing for women.

Description: April highlights the connection between physical health, motivation, and the mindset that helps us keep going. We’ll explore how resilience, perseverance, and simple daily habits can support strength, energy, and overall wellbeing. It’s about finding the motivation to stay active, stay focused, and feel our best.

Description: Bullying at any stage of life can leave deep marks on mental wellbeing. This month, we’ll look at how childhood and adolescent bullying can influence mental health in adulthood, including the links to anxiety, depression, and long term stress responses. We’ll also explore how aggression and social dynamics show up in workplaces and communities, and what real support looks like for those who have experienced harm. The focus is on understanding the lifelong impact of bullying and creating environments where people feel safe, seen, and supported.
Webinar Topic: This month, we will explore how bullying affects mental health across the lifespan, why early experiences matter, and what helps people heal and feel safe again. We’ll also look at how workplaces and communities can respond to aggression in ways that protect wellbeing and promote healthy relationships.

Description: June puts a spotlight on men’s physical health and how it connects to mental wellbeing. Men often delay seeking help or downplay symptoms, yet early action can make a significant difference. This month, we’ll look at practical ways men can care for their bodies, including the role of gut health, nutrition, movement, and routine health checks. By supporting physical health, we also strengthen mood, clarity, and overall mental wellbeing.
Webinar Topic: Our webinar will focus on the connection between physical and mental health, including how gut health influences mood and energy, and why early screening and awareness of bowel cancer are so important for men.

Description: July highlights Indigenous wellbeing and the strength of traditional health models. In honour of NAIDOC Week, we’ll explore Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, along with insights from Rongoā Māori and Pasifika approaches, reflecting how wellbeing is shaped by our connection to people, place, and identity.
Webinar Topic: This session will highlight Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander approaches to mental health and the wisdom these traditions hold for holistic wellbeing for all people.

Description: Loneliness affects people of all ages and backgrounds and can have profound effects on both mental and physical health. In August, we’ll explore the idea of “connection as medicine” and how meaningful relationships can buffer stress, support wellbeing, and even improve longevity. We’ll also discuss grief, belonging, and how to rebuild connection in an increasingly disconnected world.
Webinar Topic: For the topic of loneliness, we will aim to focus on social connection and holistic wellbeing and explore the science behind loneliness, how it impacts health, and some simple steps to build connection and belonging in everyday life.

Description: This month, we’ll explore how our relationship with food and body image can affect mental health. From disordered eating to negative self-talk, these issues often begin early in life. We’ll focus on promoting a healthy relationship with food and helping the next generation do the same.
Webinar Topic: This discussion will focus on body image, food neutrality, and/or how to support both adults and young people to make peace with food and their bodies.

Description: This month, we’ll look at practical ways people can care for their mental health, including the role of sleep, self-compassion, and simple daily habits that support balance and resilience. We’ll highlight how small, consistent actions can help people feel more grounded, rested, and connected.
Webinar Topic: This month's webinar will focus on practical strategies for supporting mental wellbeing, with an emphasis on sleep, self-care, and compassionate habits that help people stay steady during challenging times.

Description: Healthy relationships are central to wellbeing, yet conflict, communication breakdowns and disconnection can take their toll. In November, we’ll explore how to navigate difficult conversations, repair trust, and strengthen our relationships at home and work. We’ll also acknowledge the realities of domestic violence and highlight the support available for those who need a safe pathway forward.
Webinar Topic: Our webinar this month will focus on how to safely support someone experiencing domestic violence, what help is available, and how workplaces can play a role in connecting people to the right services.

Description: As the year winds down, we’ll look at stress management and burnout prevention. Chronic stress impacts every area of life, but with the right tools and mindset, recovery is possible. December is about reflection, renewal, and preparing for a healthier year ahead.
Webinar Topic: To wrap up the year we'll focus on recognising early signs of burnout and practical tools for recovery and resilience.
