Biography

Hi, I'm glad you have found me! If you are currently experiencing relational issues or other issues due to mental health problems or stress, you have come to the right person! I would like to work alongside you in providing you with skills to improve self-management, reduce suffering, and move towards living a more fulfilling life. As a Registered Clinical Psychologist I have worked extensively in the Adult Mental Health sector including Health and Rehabilitation work and also in private practice. We can work together with firstly understanding what your concerns are then making a plan that helps you live the life you want. I have extensive experience in working with the adult population with various psychological issues and have extensive training in treatment modalities of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Therapy (MBT). I look forward to helping you overcome difficulties so you can get in touch with what really matters to you. I offer a free 20 minute consult to discuss what your needs are and how I may be able to support you in improving your life. You will be treated with the utmost respect and be provided with a safe non-judgemental and empathic environment.
