Tēnā koe, I’m Zoe (she/her). I’ve always been drawn to people and spaces that are outside of the mainstream, I value being truly seen and accepted by others, and authenticity is important to me. I love being able to offer therapy as an affirming space where we can explore all the parts that make you you, as well as working on practical and evidence-based strategies to improve your life and work towards your goals.
