Yasmin is an experienced psychologist, who has worked with a wide range of adults and young people, with many different reasons for seeking help (e.g., anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, etc). Yasmin’s goal is to help people to work through the difficulties they experience, make sense of them, and eventually grow from them. She aims to assist people to create rich, full, meaningful lives, by focusing on what truly matters to them, to make the most of their strengths and potential.
