I’m a dual‑qualified Senior Psychotherapist in Transactional Analysis and Occupational Therapist with a Master of Health Science (endorsed in Mental Health). I specialise in complex trauma including sexual harm, neurodivergence (particularly autistic women and girls), and advanced clinical formulation that integrates sensory, functional, and psychological domains. I am also skilled in working with various mental health challenges, childhood trauma, ADHD & parenting challenges. My recent APANZ conference presentation (2026) and June 2025 workshop focused on revising trauma support and psychotherapeutic intervention for autistic women and girls. I provide clinical supervision especially around neuroaffirmative practice within mental health spaces and advocate for more neuroaffirming policies and practice in clinical settings including EAP platforms.
