Biography

I am a counsellor in the East Auckland area. I offer counselling services to clients in person or online. I have experience in counselling young children, teenagers and adults. I am a Provisional Member Registered with NZAC. I believe that in order for you to be there for, and look after others, you have to start by looking after yourself. I provide a safe space where you can journey through your thoughts, feelings and emotions in a collaborative, non-judgemental and supportive way. I also believe each person is the master of their own destiny and I am here to help you discover your road to living your best, authentic life and to offer the support you might need to reach your goals in therapy. I offer therapy from a trauma informed perspective using holistic, strength-based practices that makes clients feel most comfortable. Each person’s needs are different and I provide a safe space to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey. I draw on a range of approaches including, but not limited to, person-centred therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), creative art therapies and sandtray therapy, etc. I have a Bachelor of Applied Counselling degree. I am currently on my own journey, working towards my Masters Degree in Art Therapy.
