I have 12 years of counselling experience. I believe my role as a counsellor is to work in collaboration with my clients towards a journey of self-enlightenment and personal growth. I offer an empathetic, supportive and non-judgmental space. Counselling can be a helpful tool to learn more helpful and healthier ways to manage stressful life situations. It can ignite healthier and more helpful ways of thinking and behaving in order to support clients to become a better version of themselves.
