I also have lived experience with mental health issues and advocate for better understanding and less judgement within the workplace. I am currently studying towards clinical registration as a psychologist and this allows me to bring a unique element to my counselling practice. I strive to create a safe and affirming environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and work together to set and achieve your goals.
