
Hi, I am Trish Mancer, a qualified counsellor, life coach and mentor supporting individuals across Auckland’s North Shore and Hibiscus Coast. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported. I work with individuals experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, confidence challenges and mid-life transitions. This may include difficulties with partners, family, friends or workplace relationships. If you are feeling stuck, disconnected or uncertain about your direction, counselling can help you gain clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Together, we will explore what is happening for you and identify practical, supportive steps toward greater balance, emotional wellbeing and self-confidence. Sessions are guided at your pace, with care and respect for your individual experiences. Taking the first step can feel challenging, but you do not have to do it alone.
