With a lifelong curiosity about human nature and behaviour, I found my true calling in counselling and wellbeing coaching. I specialize in supporting individuals living with complex chronic health challenges, helping them discover practical ways to manage symptoms, come to terms with their situation, and process the grief of lost dreams and goals. I’m here to support you through life’s transitions—whether you’re facing unexpected curveballs, seeking to create meaningful change, or navigating conflict and stress that disrupt your daily life. Together, we work to uncover new meaning, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose in your life. Outside of work, I’m a wife, proud mother of two wonderful adult sons, and Granny T to three beautiful granddaughters. I find peace in nature, which I love to capture through photography, and I embrace personal growth through mindfulness meditation and breathing practices.
