This is achieved by providing a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative environment underpinned by genuineness, empathy, confidentiality, and a positive therapeutic relationship. My style of working, therefore, is client-centered and holistic by using a variety of therapeutic modalities in order to assist clients through their journey.
