I am a registered Clinical Psychologists with the New Zealand Psychologists Board with 18 years’ experience, mostly in psychiatric hospitals and public sector mental health, across United States and New Zealand. I am also a member of the New Zealand Psychological Society. While I primarily work from a biopsychosocial model, my approach to therapy includes elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness; however, I am flexible to the needs of the client. I can also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) technique. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment for my clients.
