Biography

July 2023 Current spaces available! I enjoy working with individuals/couples/ families from a diverse set of backgrounds and ages. I believe that therapy can bring about meaningful change for those I work with. My approach is to provide a personalised and flexible approach to help individuals get the most out of sessions, and offer practical tools that can be used in everyday life. I am a Registered Nurse and have completed a postgraduate qualification in Interpersonal Psychotherapy. I have significant mental health experience both in hospital and private settings, and have specialist skills working with both children and adolescents.
