Hi, I’m Sukriti—a counsellor with over 10 years of experience supporting adults through life’s most demanding seasons. As a therapist, I bring both structure and heart. My background includes a Master’s in Psychology and a decade of clinical and educational experience across New Zealand and internationally. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and strengths-based coaching to help you gain clarity, develop emotional resilience, and make meaningful change—at work, at home, and within yourself.
