I use narrative practices in my counselling. Narrative therapy explores the “stories” of our lives, and the meanings we have made of those stories, or meanings others have given to us. Our time together should be as useful and relevant as possible, so we move at a pace that suits you, and the direction of our work is guided by you. I will check in with you frequently to see if our work is helpful or not. My room is a space where we can explore what is going on for you in a safe, confidential, non judgemental way.
