Biography

I am an intuitive and compassionate Registered Psychologist who provides a safe space. I value creating a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, which I believe is supported through my warm and authentic approach. I provide a therapy style that is relaxed, client lead and based on a shared understanding of reaching the goals that client’s find most meaningful. I trained in the area of Forensic Psychology. I have worked with adults who have faced significant childhood adversity and trauma, and who are experiencing addictions and complex mental health issues, including those related to anxiety, mood, and personality. I have also worked with individuals from a range of cultural backgrounds, and endeavour to understand each person within their unique contexts. If you are thinking about reaching out for therapy, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to help. I am currently available for short notice appointments.
