Stacey Dukes

Psychologist
Specialised support for
Anger, Anxiety, Relationships

Hi, I’m Stacey. I’m a Registered Psychologist and offer a relaxed, nonjudgmental space to talk about what’s going on for you. Life doesn’t always go to plan, and it’s easy to feel stuck in unhelpful patterns. My role is to sit alongside you, help make sense of things, and support you in moving toward changes that feel meaningful. My approach is warm, genuine, and down to earth. I’m client led, which means we focus on what matters most to you and work at a pace that feels safe. I use evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour (skills based) Therapy and tailor these to your needs. I also provide brief, focused support for concerns such as stress, relationship issues, and feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. Where possible, I can offer short notice appointments. If you’re considering therapy, please feel free to reach out! I would be glad to talk about how we might work together.
