I strongly believe that we all have times in our life's of poor mental health. I walk alongside the person seeking better mental fitness to explore their health aspirations. I use lifestyle medicine science, ACT and a transformative health coach approach to support a persons self-awareness and growth as well as to navigate which tools work for them. My experience of over 30+ as a critical care nurse (specialist) and the need for better mental health outcomes is my 'why' for this work.
