Biography

Kia ora, I am a qualified counsellor, and member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. Some of these include, depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideations, disordered eating, eating disorders, social stressors, friendship and family related issues, ADHD, autism, OCD, spirituality, grief and loss, workplace issues, and chronic illnesses such as chronic fatigue and endometriosis. I use a range of therapeutic modalities and psychological interventions, catered to you and your needs.
