Solfrid Gillman

Sorry Solfrid is not taking new clients at the moment.

PLEASE NOTE: I am currently on maternity leave and unable to take on new clients. I am a registered psychologist trained under the Child and Family Psychology programme. I currently work part-time for a NGO and part-time in private practice. My private practice work is with children, adolescents, and parents and I work with people who are experiencing difficulties in a number of areas including anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, trauma, physical injuries, and relationships. I am a provider under the ISSC and Psychological Services contracts with ACC. I enjoy supporting people to learn new skills and gain further understanding regarding themselves and their behaviours. Theories and modalities such as attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care contribute to my style of working with people. It is important for me that people feel they are working towards clear goals and getting what they need from our work together.
