Biography

I am a registered psychologist trained under the Child and Family Psychology programme. I work part-time in private practice with children, young people, and adults, focussing on difficulties in a number of areas including anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, trauma, and relationships. I enjoy supporting people to learn new skills and gain further understanding regarding themselves and their behaviours. Theories and modalities such as attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care contribute to my style of working with people. It is important for me that people feel they are in a safe space that can enable them to work towards clear goals and get what they need from our time together.
