Biography

My name is Siliva Togatuki, and I am a wife and mother. My passion lies in uplifting and strengthening individuals who face the challenges of managing anxiety and panic on a daily basis. I specialize in this area, and my approach revolves around listening attentively and customizing plans to suit each client's unique personality. One of the core aspects of my work is walking alongside individuals on their journey as they navigate their traumas, uncover their sensitivity superpower, and explore their values. In the healing process, building connections is a natural and essential part. Therefore, I prioritize fostering strong relationships with my clients as we navigate the uncharted pathways together. It is crucial to me that you feel heard and validated in your experiences, as much as you need, in order to discover and reclaim your identity from the conditioned patterns that have developed throughout your life. My practice takes a holistic and person-centered approach, recognizing that each person is an individual with their own set of needs and strengths. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Talanoa or talking therapy. By combining these approaches, I aim to provide a comprehensive and tailored support system that addresses the multifaceted aspects of your well-being. Ultimately, my goal is to empower you on your journey towards managing anxiety and panic, helping you develop resilience and self-compassion. Together, we will work collaboratively to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore, heal, and grow.
