By integrating self-soothing techniques, nurturing the inner child, and finding balance in the tango of personal relationships, I guide clients toward finding clarity and closure, allowing them to move forward with renewed confidence. My experience spans working with young adults from their late teens to early 60s, each with their unique stories and strengths. Having navigated many of life’s tumultuous challenges myself, I can appreciate the wide range of complexities you may bring to our sessions, enabling me to connect and empathize with your experiences on a deeper level.
