I have been a counsellor for over 25 years. I have worked with serious sexual harm behaviours, managed an AOD residential rehab facility and I have worked in prisons both in New Zealand and in Australia. I am Māori and can work from a strong kaupapa Māori way of talking , doing and being. I have a passion for working with change behaviour for individuals, couples, families and within workplaces. I provide CBT, strengths-based and narrative counselling approaches when working alongside people.

Bachelor of Arts (University of Otago); Diploma for Graduates (University of Otago); Masters endorsed in Educational Psychology (University of Otago); Current Doctor of Professional Practice (Otago Polytechnic).
