I have been a counsellor for 17 years, with a Masters in Counselling and also a PhD in grief counselling. I work with those wanting to explore relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, and other issues. I trained as a narrative therapist and also offer Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
