Biography

Grief with losses comes in many forms and in different circumstances that we don't always expect. A loss of any kind whether through changed life circumstances, relationship breakdowns or bereavements, coupled with experiences of 'someone, or something is missing from my life.' These times of loss can sometimes leave behind feelings of confusion and grief. I am passionate about supporting clients and families to find a space and time to reconnect with themselves and their needs. I work with a client centred approach that incorporates the skills of Narrative Therapy, whereby we find your preferred way of understanding how the 'problem' is affecting your life and gain understandings into how to move through it.
