I have over 10 years of experience in public and private settings, supporting people with a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, OCD, stress, low mood, difficulties managing emotions, and trauma. I also enjoy working with those who are striving for growth and performance optimisation. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness.
