I am an integrative trauma therapist working with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of life challenges such as intergenerational traumas, migration grief, racial and cultural traumas, etc. My approach draws on Ego State/IFS-informed EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic practices, all applied within a trauma-focused and culturally responsive framework. Whether you're navigating adverse childhood experiences, anxiety, depression, sexual and intimacy-related concerns, or race-based and intergenerational trauma, migration grief. and I offer a space that is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs. My work supports individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those facing challenges related to culture, race, immigration, and identity. I also support older adults as they navigate life transitions, such as retirement and aging. Talking about trauma stories is optional—you choose what you wish to share. My role is to help you develop insight, learn practical skills, and move toward the outcomes that matter most to you. Clients have described my approach as challenging thoughts yet supportive—inviting deeper reflection while offering tools for real change. I believe success lies in the work you take with you, the shifts you make, and how you live your life beyond therapy. In addition to therapy, I provide external supervision to therapists and supervisors, supporting professional growth and reflective practice. I welcome all identities and lived experiences, and I hold a non-judgmental stance in all areas of my work. I am happy to have a 10-minute phone conversation with you before you make an appointment because a good client-counsellor fit is important.
