I studied a Master of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, and I’ve spent the past 10 years supporting individuals through life’s most challenging emotional experiences. My work focuses on treating complex mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I’ve had the privilege of working in hospitals, correctional facilities, and not-for-profit organisations, and I bring that diverse experience into the therapy room with deep empathy and cultural sensitivity. I believe that therapy should feel like a safe and empowering space—where you are the most important person. My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs, values, and life story. Whether we’re exploring painful memories, rebuilding self-esteem, or making sense of relationships, I’m here to walk beside you with care, insight, and respect. I’m especially passionate about working with people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. If you’re ready to take a step toward healing, growth, or simply understanding yourself better—I’d be honoured to support you. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and daughter—especially going on long walks together. I also enjoy doing DIY crafts and unwinding with a good comedy on TV. These moments of joy and connection keep me grounded, and I believe in helping others find those moments in their own lives too. To know more please visit my website www.harmonysutra.com
