Counsellor
Specialised support for
Grief & Loss, Mood Issues, Trauma

I have been counselling for approximately 15 years and have come from training which includes Psychodynamic and CBT. I have worked alot with trauma and have developed my practice around Attachment and in particular Parts Work. This modality allows connection to those parts we have 'ditched' but still carry wounds from earlier times that can be tripping us up, causing us to remain in adaptative ways of being that no longer serve. Undoing these and coming back to our core self is the work.

  • Abuse
  • Dissociation
  • Finding Purpose
  • Trauma
  • Anxiety
