I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which considers our unconscious motivations and feelings. Gaining insight into what the past may have taught us, and what has been set up in response, can enable us to be more in tune with deeper parts of ourselves, regain our appetite and make changes that feel right. Identifying the underlying nature of problems can be empowering. I can provide the time in a safe environment for us to explore and start to understand what is going on for you.
