Since 2015, Rhonda has worked with children, youth, adults experiencing; anxiety, depression, anger, suicide ideation, bullying, grief, stress, separation, parenting, relationship breakdown, family violence, abuse and workplace issues. Her approach is holistic and strengths based using Mindfulness, CBT, Person Centered and Narrative therapy. She hopes you will feel heard, valued, understood and encouraged.
