I am a PREKURE certified Health and Mental Health Coach based in Auckland, New Zealand. My private practice specialises in helping clients improve their Mental Fitness & Psychological Flexibility, and also address any Addictive Behaviours they may be leaning on in life. With a background in Physiotherapy & Pilates, and an interest in Connections/Breathing & Flourishing in life - I enjoy helping my clients find their passion & purpose so that they too can thrive!
