Life can can get really hard sometimes. I provide therapy that is empathetic, client-centred and based on a respectful and therapeutic relationship. I have worked with adults with significant childhood trauma and those with ongoing challenges relating to identity, family, relationships and workplaces. I have worked with people from different cultural backgrounds including former refugees. I strive to engage in a culturally relative and sensitive way. I’ll listen and gently support you with some coping strategies to help you navigate your challenges
