Dr Rebecca Parkes

Hi, I'm Bex, a clinical psychologist working in private practice in Albany, Auckland. My specialisation is working with people who experience chronic illness and chronic pain, however I also have extensive experience working with a range of difficulties, from anxiety and stress through to more complex presentations like psychosis. I am ACC Sensitive Claims registered, and have specialist training in working with trauma (PTSD and cPTSD). I use EMDR, ACT, and CBT therapies primarily.
