Biography

Rebecca is a registered Psychologist with an interest in working with adolescents and adults. She supports people with a wide range of mental health difficulties (e.g. stress, anxiety, low mood, personality disorders, OCD, and trauma). She is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies including ACT, DBT, CBT, CFT and mindfulness. She creates a safe space where clients can feel heard without judgment. She believes psychology can help individuals overcome life's most challenging obstacles.

Qualifications

Rebecca completed her study at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) and has achieved the following qualifications: Bachelor of Arts,Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) with First Class,Master of Health Science with First Class Honours and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology.
