Biography

Hi, I'm Rachel and I have been practicing as a Social Worker since 2007, and I began counselling in 2020 after further study in Psychology. I provide respectful, friendly and non-judgmental counselling for children, teens, adults and families. My early social work background gave me valuable experience in family support, and in the disability field, supporting the wellbeing of people with disabilities, particularly those with neurodiversity. I now provide specialised counselling support for children, teens and adults with neurodiversity, particularly girls and women with ASD/ADHD. I began my counselling journey with teens at risk of homelessness, and children aged 0-12yrs, along with family counselling. My current practice embraces people of all ages with numerous unique situations and life challenges, and I work in a collaborative way to provide the best possible support I can for every person, using a number of counselling and social work approaches.
