Biography

“I am an experienced NZAC Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor, with a social work background prior to moving into counselling. I work with individuals (children, adolescents and adults), families and couples. With regards to couples work, I have trained under the Gottman Institute, and I also use the Relationship Developmental model to bring about supportive changes in relationships. I also have a strong interest and passion for providing therapeutic support to family and friends of those experiencing an eating disorder or eating challenges. I am a mother of two teenage children, and also have a strong interest in working with post natal issues and parenting challenges, as well as self worth issues in young people and adults.
