Biography

I’m an experienced counsellor, with 15 years of agency and private practice work. My philosophy of counselling is “understanding the whole person” and I will work with you in an active and constructive way, helping you to create a rich and meaningful life. I see counselling as a change process, and work in both an analytical and empathetic way, helping you to find solutions to problems. Working with kindness and gentleness, I will create a safe space for self exploration and to help create positive change so that you can move forward in your life with a sense of confidence and trust.
