If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or at a point where something in your life or relationships needs to change, counselling can provide a steady, grounded space to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity. I’m a qualified counsellor and Full Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (MNZAC), with over 20 years’ experience working in therapeutic and mental health settings. I trained in the UK and later transferred my qualification to New Zealand standards. Alongside counselling, I bring a practical, future-focused perspective that supports people to build stronger internal foundations and make meaningful changes in their lives. I work primarily with adults navigating stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity questions, and communication difficulties. My approach is calm, relational, and grounded — focusing on honest conversations, clear boundaries, and helping clients move toward more adult-to-adult ways of relating to themselves and others. Sessions are available in person at Highland Park Community House (Auckland) or online via Zoom. If you’d like to enquire or book, please do so via Clearhead and I’ll be in touch.
