Counsellor
Specialised support for
Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Relationship Issues

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or facing challenges in your relationships, whether current or past? I’m here to help. As a Senior Counsellor, I provide expert support for individuals and couples, helping you navigate inner distress, develop empowered communication styles, and achieve more constructive relationships. I have a BA Hons degree with a major in Psychology (2001) and a Diploma in Counselling (2008). I have been in private practice since 2010. I bring a wealth of experience in supportive and rehabilitative roles, which I’ve been involved in since 2000. I’m a provisional member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (PNZAC) and hold an Annual Practice certificate and their recommended indemnity insurance. I see clients always online via zoom and in person at Highland Park Community House in Auckland. Whichever means is best for you works for me. If you feel I can help you just book your session via Clearhead. I look forward to meeting you. Phil
