As a Christian counsellor I highly value your worth as a human being. In a safe counselling environment, where you feel accepted and validated, we can talk about the things that are causing you stress and overwhelm. You will be able to explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviours and we we will work together to establish goals that align with your values. We will also explore strategies and tools that may support you to reach these goals, practicing and troubleshooting together. I work in a friendly and down-to-earth manner, supporting my clients to feel as comfortable as possible discussing their challenges with me. My aim is to support you to reach your goals and to feel empowered by the counselling process. I work from a Christian perspective while drawing on various therapeutic approaches including ACT, person-centered and DBT.
