I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist working in Ōtautahi Christchurch on a part time basis. I have experience supporting clients with a broad range of difficulties, across adult mental health, Kaupapa Māori and correctional settings. I often work with clients on the autism spectrum, with ASD and/or ADHD, and transgender, non-binary and gender diverse clients. I have a particular interest in supporting clients who are neurodivergent, rainbow/queer, and Māori, ensuring that therapy is affirming, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. With a background in research, I draw on scientific literature and established therapeutic frameworks to provide evidence-based practice that works for you. I value creating a safe and inclusive space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered.
