Biography

I have expertise in conducting psychological assessments and providing treatment to children, adolescents, and young adults who are dealing with various challenges. This includes conditions such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASD/C), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD/ADD), Emotional Dysregulation, Depression, Stress and Burnout, and Anxiety Disorders. My professional background includes working for the New Zealand Ministry of Education as an acute intervention provider, where I have experience assisting individuals who face behavioural and socio-emotional issues, as well as a range of mental health disorders. Assessing and offering treatment for neurodivergent conditions. Creating a secure environment where individuals can openly address their concerns without judgment and with supportive guidance. My clients' motivation for pursuing therapy arises from their aspiration to attain personal growth, increased resilience, and an enhanced overall quality of life. I understand that seeking therapy can be a significant step, and it takes courage to explore your concerns and needs. You don't have to face your challenges alone. I'm here to provide a safe and supportive space where we can work together to address your unique situation. If you feel ready to take this journey, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
