Dr Missy Wolfman

Clinical Psychologist

Hello, I'm Missy. I'm a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for empowering you to thrive in your life. Let's face it - life can be hard and stressful and sometimes you can feel stuck. My job is to listen and support you, and teach you skills and strategies that can help you get moving again. I always work from a client-centered approach and therefore my session with you is always tailored to your specific wants and needs. I provide evidence based assessment and therapy for anxiety and mood disorders, stress, burnout, life adjustment and grief. My areas of expertise are specialist assessment for ADHD for all ages, and working with parents, especially mothers. I am committed to ensuring everyone can access mental health care. For this reason I have launched an online course specifically for mums on "How to reduce stress, get more time and joy as mums". This course is designed for busy mums. This course is about changing your time mindset, and using a practical system to reduce stress, overwhelmed, to do more of what you love.
