Mrs Michelle Rous

Psychologist
Specialised support for
Anxiety, Attachment, Relationship Issues

I help individuals experiencing a wide range of anxiety, mood and interpersonal/relationship difficulties. Much of my experience includes working with those with adverse childhood experiences and attachment trauma, as well as those with more sudden onset of mental health issues or stressors. I have worked in the areas of addictions as well as general mental health, and tend to engage in depth work to help people to better understand their dynamics and how these are expressed in their daily life settings and relationships. I offer integrative therapy incorporating psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural and dialectical behavioural approaches, tailoring my approach to suit shorter or longer term therapy, depending on your needs. I look forward to working with you and am happy to answer any questions you may have about therapy.
