I am a qualified counsellor and a member of NZAC. I have a holistic approach to wellbeing and happiness very much inspired by the model of Te Whare Tapa Wha. I don't believe that "one solution fits all" so I tailor my approach to each client to meet their needs and goals. I have trained in different techniques and modalities to be able to adapt to what each case needs instead of just focusing on one. My sessions are designed to meet each individual’s needs and are guided by a qualified mental health professional. Inspired by my travels, cultures and the natural elements I create a safe, non-judgmental, nurturing, and empowering space to explore, heal and challenge yourself.
