As a counsellor, I am committed to helping people work through tough times or difficult seasons. I strive to create a safe space where my clients feel heard, validated, and respected without judgment. I work in a holistic manner that incorporates the whole person, and although I am trained in several therapies, I employ an integrative approach specifically tailored to the needs of my clients. Those who know me would describe me as caring, authentic, and approachable. I am originally from Wellington but now live in the Bay of Plenty; I am married to my husband of 26 years, have one child, and three grandchildren. I love reading, keeping active, watching movies, and travel.
