I have expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy; but I also know that not one model fits all. Regardless, you need to know that I believe that 'You are the expert of your life' you know yourself the best, you know what will and won't work for you and with that you have autonomy and control.
