Through doing a PhD, I specialized in treating patients with anxiety, trauma, grief, difficulty in managing emotions, low self esteem and adjustment disorders. My focus is to improve quality of life through breaking the cycle of self defeating behaviour and overcoming feelings of low self-confidence and coping with hurt and stress
