I’m a registered psychologist with a background in primary care and integrated health. My approach is collaborative, warm, and practical, drawing on evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and its brief model, FACT. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and I also offer specialist assessments (e.g., for police or defence applications). Alongside my clinical work, I train and supervise other health professionals across Aotearoa in brief, effective psychological interventions. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that is accessible and meaningful for each person and their whānau.
