I’m a registered psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. My style is warm, open, and practical — I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very first session. I use evidence-based approaches, especially Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and its brief model, FACT, to help people make real changes in their everyday lives. Sessions are focused, down-to-earth, and tailored to your goals, with strategies you can start using straight away. I also provide specialist assessments, including those needed for police and defence applications. Alongside my therapy work, I train and supervise other clinicians across Aotearoa in effective psychological interventions — but in the therapy room, my focus is entirely on you, your wellbeing, and what matters most to you and your whānau. My commitment is to provide care that is culturally responsive, accessible, and genuinely helpful.
