Biography

I work with children and adults that are experiencing grief and loss, family difficulties, relationship difficulties, going through separation or experiencing anxiety and stress. I am a qualified facilitator of the Parenting Through Separation programme and have a particular interest in supporting families who are going through the separation process. I provide a safe space for you to talk about whatever is causing difficulties and impacting on your life. We then identify where you would like to be, and work out together how to get you there. I work from a client centered perspective and we work together to find solutions that work for you. When working with children I have a variety of games and resources that I use to help them to identify and understand what needs to be worked on and how. I help clients to be observers in their own life and identify any changes that they feel need to be made, in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
