Biography

As a registered Arts Therapist, I specialize in helping people navigate challenges through the transformative power of creative expression. My approach is resource-based and person-centered, which means that I focus on identifying your unique strengths and innate creativity to help you achieve your goals. Through the use of art, writing, movement, and other forms of creative expression, I create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight into your experiences, and develop coping skills to navigate life's ups and downs. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking a space to express yourself, I am committed to working collaboratively with you to help you achieve greater emotional well-being and personal growth. Please note, I am only available for short-term clients at this point.
